"I am incredibly disappointed with the service from this state farm agency. I had used them for my car insurance and had used the multiple products promotion [where one can insure other personal items] to get a discount on my car insurance. I had asked the agents multiple times if my IPad would qualify and they confirmed it would. So, I paid the initial premium to insure it. However, just before the payment for my car insurance, they notified me that my IPad would not qualify for the promotion. This happened 2 days prior to my bill payment and when I tried to check with them if there were other personal items they can use, the agents were not responsive at all. Considering that it was a mistake on their part [despite me checking with them multiple times] and bringing it up just a couple of days before payment was due; I would have expected them to be responsive. So, I will not be continuing my insurance policy with them and would advice others to stay away as well."
