"My husband is a retired veteran, we've had state farm for years, every time we got back to the states we'd go back to state farm, always stellar service until we moved to ga after he retired, before leaving SC we got a 200k insurance policy for me, made regular payments every month via auto pay, until one month they took it out before they were supposed to, so I put an end to the auto pay, got a nasty grams from our agents off saying we had until a certain day to pay, we paid 3 days before the given day, they kept our car policies open, but not the life insurance, they assured me that they would fix it, they didn't, so all those years we were paying for it was money lost, then we put in a claim after parts of ga got hit with torrential rain, an adjuster came to our house got paid very little, so little we couldn't fix the water damage, never sent anyone to check the air quality, my husband and I have been getting sicker and sicker because of the mold in our house, I called and called, they again assured me that they would fix it, that never happened, then someone keyed my husband's truck, put in a claim, nothing ever happened, then last Aug I was coming home from the grocery store and some kids threw I don't know what at my car, damaged the hood and drivers and back passenger door down to the metal, put a claim in, nothing, so last fri I called claims, person that I talked to said she was on another line and that she would call me right back, here it is 550 Monday evening and still no call, you guys truly suck"

"Really disappointed to leave this review after being with this agency for 7 years, they left me unattended. As a busy business owner I have my auto insurance on auto pay, I moved and did not update my address, State Farm unlike many other agencies does not have a 1800 # for business they always refer you back to the agency! I can admit it was an oversight to not update my address, but also the agency had my address marked in as undeliverable for some time, at no point in time did the agency text or call to ask for a new address. When I discuss with a Claudia she lied & stated one of her coworkers told me my insurance would be canceling in October, and they sent multiple text etc I have a fleet of over 10 vehicles, insurance in my industry is a must I say all that too say. The lack of accountability from her & the owner was quite disappointing he kept mentioning how they have a lot of customers & somethings they do and don’t do in terms of follow up. I know I was just another number and they dropped the ball by not notifying me of policy changes asking for address etc. Moral of the story pay close attention to your policy and billing do not relay on auto pay with this agency. As stated they have a large volume of clients."
