"My husband is a retired veteran, we've had state farm for years, every time we got back to the states we'd go back to state farm, always stellar service until we moved to ga after he retired, before leaving SC we got a 200k insurance policy for me, made regular payments every month via auto pay, until one month they took it out before they were supposed to, so I put an end to the auto pay, got a nasty grams from our agents office saying we had until a certain day to pay, we paid 3 days before the given day, they kept our car policies open, but not the life insurance, they assured me that they would fix it, they didn't, so all those years we were paying for it was money lost, then we put in a claim after parts of ga got hit with torrential rain, an adjuster came to our house got paid very little, so little we couldn't fix the water damage, never sent anyone to check the air quality, my husband and I have been getting sicker and sicker because of the mold in our house, I called and called, they again assured me that they would fix it, that never happened, then someone keyed my husband's truck, put in a claim, nothing ever happened, then last Aug I was coming home from the grocery store and some kids threw I don't know what at my car, damaged the hood and drivers and back passenger door down to the metal, put a claim in, nothing, so last fri I called claims, person that I talked to said she was on another line and that she would call me right back, here it is 550 Monday evening and still no call, you guys truly suck, sf motto, like the worst neighbor, sf NOT there"
